Placing an Order
You can use our E-Commerce website and shop online with major credit card payment.
We also accept orders by e-mail, fax, or phone, and will confirm your order by e-mail, fax, or phone when we receive it. We will issue you an order number at that time, and will process and ship your order within the next two to four business days.
Most orders will be shipped by UPS ground service and will require a signature when they are delivered to you. We are happy to assist you in making special shipping arrangements, if necessary, but these may result in substantially higher shipping and handling fees. We will contact you after your order ships to confirm the carrier and the tracking number of the package.
(Please note: At this time, we can only ship to destinations within the U.S. and its territories, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.)
Availability
One of our top priorities at Taxor, Inc. is maintaining a fully stocked inventory that is readily available to all of our customers. However, from time to time an item allocated to a vendor or an unpredictable demand from consumers may cause a shortage of any particular item.
If we happen to be out of an item when you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by phone, fax, or e-mail. At that time, we will let you know about the outage, tell you how long we anticipate being out of that particular item, and ask whether you would like us to make a substitution of a similar item, or place your order on "back order" until it becomes available again. Payment The easiest and fastest way to have your order processed is with your personal credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards only. Once we receive an authorization from your credit card company, we may reserve the funds for up to 30 days, but we will not actually charge your credit card until the day we ship your order.
Taxor Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification from you in order to verify your identity and protect you from credit card fraud. If we require any additional information from you, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail, and will request that you send this information back to us by fax or e-mail. We will process your order as soon as we receive this information.
We understand that some people may not use credit cards, so we may accept your Personal Check or Money Order, but you must contact our sales representatives before placing your order. For this type of payment, you must meet the following conditions before we ship your order:

The check or money order must be preprinted with your name, current address, and the bank or lending institutions name, city, and state (if applicable). (We only accept funds from banks or financial institutions that are located in the United States.)

The check or money order must be payable in U.S. Dollars to Taxor Inc. for the full amount of purchase. You will need to verify the final price with our sales representative.
(Please note: Payments of this type will usually result in significant delays. If the item(s) you order are in stock, then we will ship your order to you after a waiting period of about 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your check. Money order payments will not have a waiting period.)
Sorry, we cannot process C.O.D. orders at this time.
Taxor, Inc ships to any address within the USA. We use UPS for all shipping. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Weather Delays
If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Taxor, Inc. wants you to be happy with our products. If you're not fully pleased with your item(s), simply let us know by following this procedure, and we'll happily refund your purchase. Taxor, Inc. charges a 20% restocking fee. You may return new items sold by Taxor, Inc. within 14 days of delivery for a refund of a total 80% of your merchandise cost.:

We will ask you for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if available), invoice or item numbers, and the problem or reason for the return.

We must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days. (For your protection, please send your return to us using a carrier such as Airborne, FedEx, or UPS who will "track" and "insure" your package until it is delivered to us.

To receive a full refund, the returned items(s) must be in like-new condition, with all packaging materials included, must be clearly identified on the shipping label. (Please note: Taxor, Inc. will not be responsible for any return shipping charges.) Please send the package to:

If your original payment was with a check or money order, we will issue you a check. If your original payment was with a credit card, we will credit your account. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact Taxor, Inc. by phone or e-mail. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact Taxor, Inc. by phone or e-mail. We will be happy to work with you to return your original purchase price and then ship the item you wish to purchase. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Warranties
All of our products use quality Quartz movements and most of our watches are water-resistant. We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for three years from the date of purchase. During this period, any malfunction due to manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. (However, nominal shipping and handling fees may be applicable.)
Since we cannot be responsible for damages due to neglect or misuse of our products, and cannot be responsible for repairs performed by unauthorized dealers, not all damages may be covered by our warranty policy. Taxor, Inc. is just as concerned about Internet security as you are. As technology and knowledge have increased, it seems that electronic theft and fraud have increased also. Our server uses the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect you and all of the personal information you provide us.
If you use current versions of Web browsers such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, and are not using a relay or proxy server, then all of the transactions that take place on our secure page(s) are "secure." (There is usually a picture of a lock or key to indicate the site is secured.) Personal information, including credit card numbers, sent online is encrypted while being transmitted, so even if a "would-be thief" intercepted this information, it would be useless to him or her.
Never the less, if at any time, you feel uncomfortable processing your order online, you may back out of the transaction and call us at 1-800-282-8332 to process your order.
Taxor, Inc. respects your right to privacy and we are committed to protecting that right in every way possible. We keep any personal information you provide us such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address strictly confidential. We will only use this information to improve our services or products, or to notify you of anything new that we may offer in the future. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive any other information from us, then e-mail us at watches@taxor.com with the words "Remove from mailing list" in the subject line.
We will never release any personal information that you have entrusted with us to any other company or agency unless you authorize us to do so.
